Tetsuo Ito
Managing partner of Phoenix Accounting Group/JICPA member, JFCPTAA member and CA (Singapore)
Mr Ito started his career as an accounting professional at KPMG Tokyo in 1997, where he was primarily engaged in statutory audits following Japan/USA accounting standards mainly for financial institutions. He had further engagements in consulting for IPO support, stock valuation, organizational restructuring and privatization of public institutions. After gaining further professional experience as a locally hired accountant at KPMG LLP New York, he returned to Japan in December 2005 to set up his own independent accounting firm: Phoenix Accounting Group Co Ltd. The company aims to provide comprehensive consultancy services in accounting, finance and tax affairs. Since May 2012 he has been regularly engaged in SGX IPO projects and personally oversees facilitating various Japanese client companies in their business expansion efforts across Asia through Phoenix Accounting Singapore Pte Ltd.
Kosuke Hiura

Mr Hiura started his career as an accounting professional at Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC’s Sapporo office, primarily engaged in statutory audits for financial institutions, retailers, construction companies and power utilities. His other responsibilities included various non-audit assignments such as IPO support and IFRS introduction support. In September 2014, he started working at Ernst & Young LLP Singapore as a locally hired accountant and was primarily engaged in statutory audits for Japanese and local companies. Subsequently, he joined Phoenix Accounting Singapore Pte Ltd as a director, and personally oversees all services to Japanese clients regarding their incorporation and accounting/tax support.
Kota Nakajima

After graduating from university, Mr. Nakajima joined Taiyo ASG LLC (Currently known as Taiyo LLC) where he was primarily engaged in statutory audits within the manufacturing and service industries, while also rendering further services in IPO support. Subsequently, he was employed in the finance departments of various listed companies in Japan of the manufacturing and service industries. His various roles includes but are not limited to cash flow statement preparation, negotiations with financial institutions, group finance operations etc. Since joining Phoenix Accounting Singapore Pte Ltd, he has been responsible for supporting numerous Japanese companies' efforts to expand into Singapore by providing accounting and tax support services.
Yutaka Tomioka

After graduating from university, Mr. Tomioka joined AZSA LLC (KPMG Japan) and was primarily engaged in statutory audits for a wide variety of industries such as shipping industry, steel industry, energy industry, manufacturing industry, IT industry, and independent administrative agencies. Subsequently, he was stationed at KPMG LLC (Singapore) and engaged in local statutory audit work and tax/accounting advisory coordination work mainly for Japanese companies. Since joining Phoenix Accounting Singapore Pte Ltd, he has engaged in supporting Japanese companies' expansion into Singapore and providing accounting and tax support services in Singapore.
Kyoko Fukushima
Japanese Accountant of Singapore and Malaysia Office/JICPA associate
After graduating from university, Ms. Fukushima joined AZSA LLC (KPMG Japan) and was primarily engaged in statutory audits for a wide variety of industries such as the construction, manufacturing and service industries. Subsequently, she was employed under a listed company in Japan and was mainly responsible for SPC accounting, financial reporting, tax returns and J-SOX compliance etc. Since joining Phoenix Accounting Singapore Pte Ltd, she has been responsible for supporting numerous Japanese companies' efforts to expand into Singapore by providing accounting and tax support.
